People have dreams and ideas of how they would like their lives to be but struggle to make it a reality.

🔸One day when I have all the qualifications I will start my business
🔸One day when I’m not so busy I will find an afternoon to play with my children
🔸One day I will have the willpower to start and stick to my diet

And you know what

You suffer from burn out. House prices keep rising. You hate getting up and going to work everyday. There is always another qualification you need. You remain overweight and are unconfident because of your image of yourself. Your children grow up and would rather spend time with their friends.

The first step to any journey is knowing where you want to go

Very often we travel through life without a plan and suddenly the years have gone by and you still haven’t learnt that language, travelled the world or you are still in that boring job and dead-end relationship

During the challenge we will look at different areas in our lives and ‘DREAM BIG’ 

 

Focus

After this challenge you will UNDERSTAND what you want in your life so that you can focus on your journey to create your vision

You will know what you DON’T want in your life so that you can create your boundaries

 

 

 

Mind

Knowing what you want is only half the story in creating the life you want

Unless you have the courage and the confidence to move out of your comfort zone you will remain stuck doing what you always do.

MIndset if key to believing you CAN achieve your dreams 

During the 5 day challenge you will quieten the voice that tells you ‘You Can’t’

 

 

Create

You have the power to design your life as you want it bit without a plan it will be just that – a dream.  

The challenge will give you the opportunity to take the first steps to make the action that you need to do to make your dream a reality

where ery morning you will receive a workbook and video explaining what is to be done
Every evening there will be a 60 minute Facebook live with me at 8.00pm (BST) which will give you a chance to ask your questions on the daily task followed by a short meditation

The 5 days will cover
Day 1 – Get clear on where you are and what you don’t want
Day 2 – Deep dive into the 4 areas of your life you would like to improve the  most.  
Day 3 – How to deal with your inner critic
Day 4 – Get in touch with your inner coach
Day 5 – Plan your stepping stones 

What else is included ?
Knowing where you want to be is just one half of getting there.  Nothing will happen if you don’t have the correct mindset.  This can’t be changed in 5 days but I will give you some tools to have the confidence to believe you can make the changes you want
